Stylish, Remote & Exclusive

The principal activities revolve around stalking, salmon fishing on the two estate rivers, the Inver and Kirkaig. Stalking takes place against the backdrop of the beautiful, rugged hills and mountains of the North-west Highlands.

We stalk in the traditional manner, using Highland ponies where possible to carry stags back to the larder. You can expect a physically demanding day with long walks and exciting crawls across open terrain but Craig is highly experienced and very adept at working to your preferred pace and duration. While ensuring the best of traditions are properly observed, he is also very friendly and informative and you will enjoy a good chat and well-earned dram or beer in his bothy at the end of the day.

The stag season takes place from August to October, after which we switch to the hinds from the beginning of November through to early February.

Hind stalking brings its own very particular challenges with tougher conditions and an extremely wily quarry and is becoming increasingly popular with guests.

The Estate also has an excellent, modern competition clay pigeon shoot facility.
